We also undertake all servicing requirements, including full filter replacements, routine maintenance and inspection checks.

We also carry out statutory COSHH/LEV testing which is required at least once every 14 months to help businesses maintain effective dust, fume, and contaminant control systems in line with COSHH Regulation 9 and HSE guidance (HSG258).

Industrial woodworking dust extractor units provide an efficient solution for collecting wood dust as well as larger wood chippings. Each free‑standing multifilter unit is manufactured from pre‑formed galvanised steel, supplied partly assembled, and includes an unwired control panel with a direct‑on‑line starter for the main fan and a timer for the shaker‑cleaning system.

Bagging Range

Industrial woodworking dust extractor bagging units provide an efficient solution for collecting wood dust as well as larger wood chippings. These systems require a free standing centrifugal fan with relevant fan to filter ducting. Each multifilter unit is manufactured from pre‑formed galvanised steel, supplied in panel form for onsite assembly, and includes a shaker‑cleaning system.

Filters and fans available to accommodate a total volume flow of up to 20,000 m3/hr upon request.
